  I activated this card's [On Play] [When Digivolving] effect and suspended 1 of my opponent's Digimon when a Tamer card with the [DigiPolice] trait was in this Digimon's digivolution cards.
  If the Tamer card with the [DigiPolice] trait is then removed from this Digimon's digivolution cards, can my opponent's Digimon that I suspended now unsuspend?

  No. As long as the conditions were met at the time you activated the effect, the effect will persist and it can't unsuspend until the end of your opponent’s turn, even if the conditions are no longer met at a later point.
