  My opponent uses BT5-110 [All Delete] and I activate this card's [All Turns] effect when multiples of my Digimon would leave the battle area at the same time, and this Digimon is prevented from leaving. What happens if BT19-053 [QueenBeemon]'s [All Turns] effect activates afterward?

  BT19-053 [QueenBeemon]'s [All Turns] effect places all of your Digimon with the [Royal Base] trait into your security stack.
  In such cases, this card's [All Turns] effect prevents this Digimon from being deleted, but if BT19-053 [QueenBeemon]'s [All Turns] effect activates afterward, you can place all of your [Royal Base] trait Digimon that were affected by the deletion effect into your security stack.
