  I activated "1 of your opponent's Digimon gets -3000 DP for the turn" in this card's [On Play] [When Digivolving] effect, and the DP of my opponent's Digimon became 0.
  At such times, is that Digimon deleted before the part of the effect after "then"?

  No, it isn't deleted yet.
  Once all of the processing for this card's [On Play] [When Digivolving] effect is resolved, then all of the Digimon with 0 DP are deleted at the same time.
