  I activated the [On Play] effect on the played Digimon, deleted my opponent's Digimon ACE, and Overflow caused my opponent's memory to become 1. Can I then activate this card's effect and play a Digimon card?

  You can use to trash this card, but you can't play a Digimon because your opponent doesn't have 5 or more memory.
