  I have a Digimon with that this card is linked to.
  That Digimon attacked my opponent's Digimon, but both Digimon had the same DP and both lost the battle.
  At such times, if I activate immediately before my Digimon would be deleted and trash this card with in its link effects, only the opponent's Digimon would be deleted in battle, but can I activate in those link effects?

  No, you can't.
  triggers and activates immediately before both Digimon lose the battle and would be deleted.
  is lost when your opponent's Digimon is deleted, therefore you can't activate it.
