  I used [Gonozan: Murashigure], and its [Main] effect caused the DP of my opponent's Digimon to become 0.
  At such times, is the Digimon with a DP of zero deleted?

  No, it isn't deleted at that point in time.
  After trashing the used Option card or digivolving it with Arts Digivolve, all Digimon with 0 DP are deleted upon a rule check. Then, if the deleted card has an [On Deletion] effect, it will trigger simultaneously with this card's [When Digivolving] effect.
