A Digimon with [Knightmon] in its text is deleted, and that Digimon's [On Deletion] effect and this card's [All Turns] effect trigger simultaneously.
At such a time, in what order does this card's [All Turns] effect and the deleted card's [On Deletion] effect activate?

The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
However, if this card's [All Turns] effect is activated first and the deleted card is then placed under this card, the card pending activation has left the area, so its [On Deletion] effect can't activate.
