    Vortexdramon Deck

    Key Cards

    EX11-074|SEC

    Vortexdramon

From “Digimon Liberator” comes the Lv.7 Bird Dragon type Digimon, Vortexdramon, an SEC card of this set!
When the conditions are met, it gains resistance to effects and +6000 DP! Since this effect can activate [When Digivolving] and [When Attacking], it’s a protective wind that can blow continuously!
On top of this, in response to a Digimon getting suspended, it gets unsuspended and can force an opposing Digimon into battle! Battling without attacking or blocking, it’s an effect for a new era. It can be activated on the opponent’s turn as well so if combined with a blocker your defense is impenetrable!
    EX11-062|SR

    Shoto Kazama

From “Digimon Liberator” Shoto Kazama is back, and with a new outfit!
The effects in response to a Digimon suspending are great. It lets you do things like draw cards and gain +3000 DP until the opponent’s turn ends.
In addition, it raises the level of this deck’s strength by allowing <Vortex> to attack the opposing player if they have no unsuspended Digimon! It even activates when the opponent has no Digimon in play,
letting you actively destroy security from start to finish.

    Additional Recommended Card

    BT24-048|R

    Deramon

From the Muchomon line in [BT-24], welcome Deramon.
In the breeding area it can let you hatch and Digivolve for free, making it a unique and strong effect.
Get the new [EX11-035 Zephagamon] or [EX11-032 GrandGalemon] in play as part of the early preparations.

    Deck Strategy

With <Vortex> as a crown, the Lv.7 Vortexdramon is born and finally completes Shoto’s Bird Dragon deck! Aim to digivolve into this Lv.7 asap.

    1. First, use [EX11-072 Unique Emblem: Vortex Guardian] to search for Lv.3 Digimon while preparing Tamers and other Digimon in the digivolution line. [EX11-035 Zephagamon] and [EX11-032 GrandGalemon] have effects that play cards, making it easier to use effects that activate when your Digimon get suspended.

    2. Once set up digivolve into [EX11-074 Vortexdramon]! Obtain the wind of protection and battle opposing Digimon. By winning you can use [EX11-032 GrandGalemon]’s effect to unsuspend for multiple attacks in a row that blows away the opponent’s security.

    3. The new effect activation condition “when this Digimon wins a battle” introduced this set can even activate when winning a battle against a security Digimon. If you combine this with [EX11-062 Shoto Kazama] it’s possible to go on the offensive even when your opponent has no Digimon in play. This is a unique feature of this deck and its biggest strength.

This shining wind will light the future with victory! Stand strong with Vortexdramon to overcome any barriers in your way!

    ExMaquinamon Deck

    Key Cards

    EX11-073|SEC

    ExMaquinamon

From “Digimon Liberator” the final obstacle, a Lv.7 Digimon, ExMaquinamon is here and is one of the SEC cards!
If DNA digivolving into this one you can also link up to 3 Maquinamon cards to it! This has the potential to increase the DP to as much as 21000 and protect it from deletion up to 3 times.
In addition, at the end of your opponent’s turn for each link card this Digimon has, it can remove one security card and one Digimon of the opponent’s! This effect is powerful enough to end the game in your victory then and there depending on the number of link cards left. Plunge your opponent into despair with this toughness that is truly fitting for the strongest final boss.
    EX11-070|R

    Unchained

From “Digimon Liberator” Unchained, who controls ExMaquinamon, is also here!
With the [End of Your Turn] effect you can DNA digivolve into ExMaquinamon and then proceed to <Mind Link> with your Digimon that has Maquinamon in the text. Even if ending with giving your opponent memory, as long as you have two Lv. 6 Digimon lined up, this can connect to DNA digivolving.
In addition to the above this gives the <Mind Linked> Digimon powerful resistances! It can protect ExMaquinamon from <De-digivolve> or DP lower effects and keep the linked [EX11-027 Maquinamon]’s removal effects well intact!

    Additional Recommended Card

    ST22-09|U

    High-Speed Plug-In H

It’s one of the Plug-In cards with <Link> that is included in "Starter Deck -Amethyst Mandala- [ST-22]".
Many Digimon in this deck have effects with “when linking” conditions, so this card is a perfect pairing and is sure to help buy you some time when needed!
This Option card can even put a brief stop to Digimon effect resistance that cards like [EX11-074 Vortexdramon] have, creating a valuable opening!

    Deck Strategy

Aim to DNA digivolve into the last-boss level Digimon, ExMaquinamon!

    1. First use the effects of the Lv.4s to link [EX11-027 Maquinamon] and get a Tamer ready. Once linked use the [When Attacking] effect of the Digi-Egg [EX11-006 Flickmon] to digivolve it into a Lv.5. In addition, the [When Digivolving] effects of the suggested Lv.5 Digimon are all the same and lets you search for the Maquinamon card to link.

    2. Next use the Lv.6’s shared [End of Your Turn] effect to digivolve Maquinamon into a Lv.4. Using the effect, the linked Maquinamon’s resistance to removal on both Digimon you can keep them in play during the opponent’s turn. When it’s your turn focus on getting two Lv.6 Digimon lined up, then use [EX11-070 Unchained] to DNA digivolve them into [EX11-073 ExMaquinamon]!

    3. With all ExMaquinamon’s resistances the opponent will have a very hard time toppling it. You can intercept and stop the opponent’s attack using <Blocker> and various inherited effects. Aim for a complete victory!

    HeavyMetaldramon Deck

    Key Cards

    EX11-052|R

    HeavyMetaldramon

From “Digimon Liberator” comes a new HeavyMetaldramon.
Activate the trashing effects then play a Lv.5 or lower Digimon with the [Evil], [Dark Dragon] or [Evil Dragon] trait from your trash! The effect is not limited to once per turn so you can use it a second time for an encore at the [End of Attack]!
The [All Turns] effect keeps your [Dark Dragon] or [Evil Dragon] in the battle area and if there are 4 or fewer cards in your hand it trashes one of the opponent’s security cards! This effect is great to keep the game moving in your favor even if one of your Digimon is removed.
    EX11-069|SR

    Yuuki

From “Digimon Liberator” Yuuki is back in a new outfit for this SR card!
This card lets you continuously trash a card from your hand to gain 1 memory, so it works best to have it early in the game. Having 4 or less cards in your hand unlocks assistance for digivolving into [Dark Dragon] or [Evil Dragon] trait Digimon. Use this to speed up the digivolution into your Lv.6 Digimon.
Also, it has an [End of All Turns] effect which can retrieve the designated card from your trash. This is extremely powerful in ensuring you have moves to make from the next turn even if you use up the cards in your hand.

    Additional Recommended Card

    BT20-077|SR

    HeavyMetaldramon ACE

This Digimon ACE brings out the offensive strength of your [Dark Dragon] and [Evil Dragon] trait Digimon. [EX11-069 Yuuki]’s [End of All Turns] effect can retrieve it from your trash so it’s ready to play at the counter timing!
It also has prefect rhythm with [EX11-050 Loudmon] which can be played from your trash and has a powerful [On Play] effect.

    Deck Strategy

The HeavyMetaldramon deck, which activates powerful effects by making your hand 4 or less cards, gets supercharged!

    1. First play [EX11-069 Yuuki]. This Yuuki and the Digi-Egg [EX11-005 Yaamon] in addition to [EX11-049 Punkmon] let you trash cards from your hand while digivolving into a Digimon from your trash, so it’s easy to get your hand under the effect’s card limit and aim to consecutively digivolve it to a Lv. 6 Digimon.

    2. Use [EX11-052 HeavyMetaldramon] to delete the opponent’s Digimon while playing more of your Digimon from your trash and building up your game board. We recommend digivolving a played Lv.5 into [BT24-080 Megidramon] from your trash to tighten your defenses while deleting the opponent’s Digimon.

    3. [EX11-069 Yuuki] can retrieve a card from your trash each turn making it possible to stably prepare your hand for your next turn. It can be used continuously to prepare the next Digimon line, so you can aim to attack without stopping until you reach victory.

Keep getting back up with these rocking tactics to let the sounds of these [Dark Dragon] and [Evil Dragon] Digimon ring out!

    Deck Strategy

    1. First, increase the number of cards like [BT11-061 Vemmon] and [EX11-066 Zeno] in your hand and trash, while setting up ones like [BT21-062 Galacticmon] and [BT21-098 Ragnarok Cannon] in your trash.

    2. The moment your turn begins, attack with Galacticmon to activate Ragnarok Cannon’s <Delay> effect and blow the opponent’s security to bits! Corner them in a flash and claim victory!
