2 copies of this Digimon are deleted at the same time, and their [On Deletion] effects triggered simultaneously. Can I play 1 Tamer card with [Myotismon] in its text when the 1st effect activates, then use the 2nd effect to play a Tamer card with the same name as the Tamer card played by the 1st effect?

  No, you can't.
