My opponent only has 1 unsuspended Digimon in play, and I attack with a Digimon that has this card in its digivolution cards. When my opponent blocks and suspends their unsuspended Digimon, does my attacking Digimon immediately lose from this card’s inherited effect?

Yes. As soon as your opponent no longer has an unsuspended Digimon in play, your attacking Digimon loses from this card’s inherited effect.
