  When your opponent activates , the target of the attack is switched to the Digimon that activated , and that Digimon is then deleted by this Digimon's [All Turns] effect.
  Since the Digimon that activated was deleted, no battle occurs, and the attack ends.

  Yes you can, as long as they are simultaneously suspended.
