One of my opponent's Digimon attacks,
activates twice from both a [When Attacking] effect and an inherited effect, and their hand increases by 2 cards. Will this card's [Opponent's Turn] effect trash 2 of my opponent's cards in their hand? -
No, you can only trash cards equal to the number of cards added by one effect.
Even if they were triggered at the same time, different effects are still separate from each other, and you can only activate this effect for one of them, so in this case you can count only one of theand only 1 card in your opponent's hand will be trashed.
