An interrupting “When <something> would” effect will trigger and activate only once until the original effect has finished resolving, even if it is not a [Once Per Turn] effect.
After all pending effects are processed, it can be triggered and activated again.

- Your Lv.6 Digimon will be selected as the target of [BT8-107 Pandemonium Flame]' "you may delete 1 of your Digimon to...". Then, this card's inherited effect triggers and activates to try to delete your opponent's [EX1-073 Machinedramon].
At that moment, [EX1-073 Machinedramon]'s effect triggers and activates, and by trashing 2 Lv.5 Digimon cards in its digivolution cards, [EX1-073 Machinedramon] will not be deleted.
Since [EX1-073 Machinedramon] can no longer be deleted, this card's "by deleting 1 other Digimon with [Sukamon] in its name" cannot be fulfilled, and your Lv.6 Digimon gets deleted by [BT8-107 Pandemonium Flame]'s effect.
Since you deleted with [BT8-107 Pandemonium Flame]'s effect, "delete 1 of your opponent's unsuspended Digimon with a level less than or equal to the deleted Digimon's level." effect activates and [EX1-073 Machinedramon] is deleted.
