- No, you can't activate it. This card’s inherited effect reads "When this Digimon would be deleted," so it interrupts the deletion when it activates. Therefore, the [Gomamon] with the [On Deletion] effect is removed from the digivolution cards before the [On Deletion] effect can be triggered.
