The turn player's <Decode (Blue Lv.5)> then interrupts when it activates, and EX6-054 [Lucemon: Chaos Mode]'s [All Turns] effect activates.
Once these effects have resolved, the [On Play] effects on cards played by these effects will trigger simultaneously, and they will activate starting with the turn player's effects.
