No, it can't.
You must choose all of the cards to place when you declare the DigiXros. After choosing them, the chosen cards are placed under the card to DigiXros. This card's [All Turns] effect triggers and activates when the chosen cards would be placed, so after activation has occurred, you can't re-do your choices for the cards to place for the DigiXros.
