If that inherited effect is an effect such as a [Your Turn] [All Turns] effect that increases DP upon activation after being placed in digivolution cards, you can delete 1 of your opponent's Digimon with DP less than or equal to the DP after it was increased.

Yes, you can.
This card's [Your Turn] effect reads ""you may unsuspend."" Therefore, if you don't unsuspend this Digimon, it means you haven't yet used this [Once Per Turn] effect, and you can activate it when you delete an opponent's Digimon upon a different timing.
